I used to fix Color TV sets at a static charge of 30 kv..on the pix tube and ASSociated generation circuits....running off the flyback transformer from the horizontal scan frew of 15730 hz......15750?? been a while....
at any rate the voltage was shocking......and so many of my memories are kinda subject to pulses......nuff said.....
