Two shot to the back don't really help justify the shooting. The perp would still be alive if he hadnt fought the cop and stole his taser. But looks like the cops headed for some time unfortunately. I, really not sure why there are any cops left on the force at this point, id rather reply on foodstamps than deal with this shit.
