And before someone asks how I arrived at that figure, multiply 40 hours/week by 52 weeks by $72 hour. Yes, they get 10 (or more) days vacation and 10 (or more) holidays but they still get paid for them so the effect is the same.
40 x 52 = 2,080 which means 2,080 x $72 = $149,760 annually
