As a matter of fact, I already have that one under my belt. (oh...literally )
I also use ground beef, frozen peas mixed in at the last minute, and then tater tots on top, and bake .
Kids always like to eat this if you call it "Poppin' pea Casserole" The peas pop when you bite into them..kind of fun.
