We have been using MicroSoft Teams exclusively at work for all meetings. We have one in person meeting a day, our daily management systems meeting. We keep less than 8 people in a large room to update the plant status. Our main plant DMS is held over Teams, our staff meetings on teams. We did our first Equipment Reliability Team meeting on Teams Friday. It started out a little quirky but has gotten better as we are learning to use it better. We are even getting good at sharing a desktop and different documents throughout the meeting. The big test is next week when I push our planners to do a virtual planning meeting with all the asset owners. Should be fun.
I also use teams to hold a daily meeting with my staff who are working remotely from home. Pretty stable and good so far.
