Question Anyone replace the rear bumper of a 1976 Stingray

I bought a 1976 Stingray 2 years with bumper damage.
It is to the point I have to replace the bumper and I want to just buy a new one rather than trying to repair the old one.

Going to the catalogs for parts (MidAmerica, Ecklers, Corvette America) I see there are 3 kinds of bumpers.
Urethane
Fiberglass
Flex-Fit fiberglass

The question I have is... which is better, lasts longer, better fit?
If you bought one, are you happy with it?
Who would you buy one from?
Which kind would you recommend?

Thanks for any help you can offer...
