The current hot scam is to robocall people from a random spoofed phone number and leave them a voicemail in Chinese. I don't speak Chinese but I'm told the message claims to be from the Chinese consulate telling gullible FOB immigrants that they are in trouble with the Chinese government and they need to send a bunch of money immediately or be deported (and probably executed, knowing the Chinese government). Since the spoofed source number is random these assholes are impossible to block.
