Snides treats and tap house
On Thursday this past week, we closed on this property. Was a two-family house and over the years, the seller converted it into a deli/take-out restaurant with a complete commercial kitchen. The seller operated it as a deli for the past 30 years, and wanted out.
While we've had our eye on this property for a couple of years, the time was right, as there is a tenant in place and he wants to stay. Oh, and picked up the first rent check today.
As there is a large lot out back of the building, we plan on docking the ice cream truck there. The truck will be in sight of a park that is across the street, so we should be able to get some traffic from that.
Will be fun to get this up and running.
