Where I worked before, one of the new welders seemed "a little off", like he was trying to set somebody or the company up for a lawsuit.
Always writing in his notebook that "almost" never left his person. I say almost because he left it out when he went to the bathroom. The welding supervisor saw it out, flipped thru it real quick and made it disappear.
Found out shortly after that he was a "sue happy" employee. They had him take a welding test for an upcoming .gov project and he failed it. He got another chance at the welding test, failed it and got canned.
