Not for long....The unfortunate part of NASA and ULA is they depend too much on the government subsidies to operate where people like Musk and Bezos have the cash and investors ready to become a partner.
I love NASA and the fact that their track record is so good (because of their testing and due diligence for safety) proves that they are still at the forefront of the space programs. However, there are some new cowboys in town and they have the financial backing to support their risk taking egos.
