Yes,that was a test. We took both of them to a car cruise last Friday.
Last year was bad. Usually the weather breaks at some time and you can get the cars out,but the snow lasted longer and if it did clear up the street were nasty with salt.
They are predicting a bad winter,but how the hell can they predict that when they can't predict what it is supposed to do the next day?
