Exactly! My family (since the 1990's) have you used this vet hospital. So it isn't like we were new clients. And when a pet owner calls and says, "my dog has liquid poop pouring out..." You do not say we can't see your dog until some 8 days out. I would have rather sat in the office and waited for the chance to have them see him.
The new vet and clinic was wonderful. I called them at 10 am and they made time to see Loki at 2:45.
