Here are the Cliffs so far...

Being horrifically obese, and largely sedentary, I allowed a large infected mass to grow on my upper leg. A couple weeks ago, I decided to see a doctor about it, and it was decided that there would be surgery. That was the 14th. That night, my leg exploded and I woke up in ICU the next morning.

I was in ICU until yesterday, on a ventilator, and now I'm in a regular room, breathing on my own, working towards getting strong enough to go home.

Fun Facts: Despite being cartoonishly obese, I'm NOT diabetic, My BP is "amazing", and my cholesterol is "unbelievable". The nurses and doctors keep saying things like "shouldn't be this good" or "and you aren't in any kind of treatment for this? Really?"

Hope y'alls are well, and I'll be lurking a bit, but probably not posting much until I'm home and firing on all 8 cylinders...````
