Mine is just the typical recipe but I like it.

ground beef and ground turkey
diced onion
seasoned bread crumbs
Egg
Ketchup
Salt, pepper, parsley

Mix with hands
Spray pan with oil
Put meat mixture in pan
Top with more ketchup
Bake
