Been there Done that!
Don’t repeat my mistakes
I machined a socket so it had no bevels
Removed the oil seal adapter and changed seal
At least 4 times because seals are impossible to get right fit
Tried gasket sealers
Still oil leak
Replaced oil temperature sensor which sits above oil filter assembly using several different sealants Still oil leak
Replaced gasket on rocker cover
Still leaked
Finally removed distributer cap and replaced oil pressure sensor which was leaking right out of space between ceramic and metal housing not where threads were
No more oil leak!!!!
The oil pressure sensor is likely your problem!!!
Start there
It sits on the passenger side slightly and the schematic drawings make it appear to be over there but when it leaks the oil runs down the driver side of the engine on top of the oil cooler adapter!
