Table salt is basically lab manufactured and cooked at high temps with nasty chemicals. That's why it spikes your blood pressure; we can't metabolize it in that form.
Got a few hundred pounds of it if you're ever in the area. Be glad to hook you up with some.

Thanks, but I don't use table salt for anything, unless a recipe calls for it.
