the difference in house price between tony Chevy Chase Md....and funky old Assbone hill area of Rockville is ASStounding....
my house today would being about 600 grand.....in spite of the garage....

This one was built in '05. It sits on 2,500 acres of mostly unbuildable land. The owner of this house doesn't just have a view, he owns the view.
