The climate crier girl is a victim....and she's a perpetrator. It's a common cycle of abuse. She was abused, now she gets a kick out of abusing others. I don't think she can be deprogrammed. She's too far gone.

Agree. However the kid in that case did not have a diagnosed mental disability. It’s despicable what her parents are doing to her.
