Default Selling my 2001 F150 Crew Cab Price?

I'm going to be retiring next year, and I no longer need a truck. I don't plan on hauling anything while retired. According to KBB with the options I entered, the selling to a private party is between $3165 - $6154. With that in mind...

Truck as 155k on the clock.
Ford F150 Crew Cab
Color: black outside/beige inside
Dash cover is pristine - has a cover since I got it back in 2002.
Does not leak oil or burn oil
I get about 14 MPG city, and 19 MPG highway
Has the small 4.6 V8
I have all the maintenance records since 2002 when I bought it used.
I had the truck repainted back in 2015.
It's never been in an accident
It has a roll and lock cover that was installed early this year (previously it had a camper shell then a lid).
All seats are in good condition - no rips etc.
Carpet is a little worn where the driver would rest his right foot.
Has a back split window in the middle.

Minor items:
1) The driver side lock does not go all the way up using the FOB. I have to use the key to finish opening up the door. This happens about 9 out of 10 times
2) The passenger window is intermittent. It will work for a while, then quits working.
3) The odometer will go black after driving for a while then parking it. When you get in and restart, it comes back to life after about 2-3 minutes.

Not sure what I should ask for it. Below is a picture back in 2015:

Since I'm retiring, I don't need 3 cars. The other I'm selling is a 2005 Honda Accord which is already sold. Once these 2 cars are gone, I'm currently looking at a used Ford Edge or Subaru Outback as a replacement.
