Having had both, I can say those are ok, they're good, but there's no comparison to the bone-in spiral sliced hams. Before I'd go there, I'd take Garf up on the Wegmans suggestion and pick up a ham there.
DixieVet, btdt, and there's something to be said about smoking and prepping your own. It's not an option for me any more, well, not realistically anyway. I choose these because they're excellent and convenient (though not particularly cheap). I bet if you charged for your time and care, you'd find yours would price right up with these, if not surpass.
