I tried running a year and a half ago, Couch to 5k, may great progress over 2 weeks, then one day my knee felt like it was going to explode. Took 2 months for it to get better.

I have a pair that I bought over a year ago. In the beginning they helped a lot with knee and back pain but now I am noticing the pain is back even when I wear them. I might need a new pair.
