What you missed is, the announcement of 'pneumonia' was obviously a fake, as evidenced by her miraculous, rapid recovery. Ever known someone with pneumonia? They don't get over it in an afternoon. It knocks the shit out of you, for days, sometimes weeks. The fake pneumonia story was covering up for some other medical condition, of which, we can only speculate.
That was making fun of the lie that was told. I think that's fair game. Compare and contrast with Trump, who is being VERY transparent about his Wu flu. Hell, he tweeted the announcement in the middle of the night. Unless you think he doesn't have Wu flu and instead has some other problem, then there isn't a comparison here to be made.
