Wills are a funny thing. We don’t consider them when we’re younger because nothing is ever going to happen to us. Then before you know it you’re in your 50’s and you still don’t have one because you’ve just never gotten around to it.
Then you have my situation. I have a will which was made when I was still married and naturally includes my wife who is now my ex wife.
