I've been after him for several years. He has a '69 C10, SWB, 6/3spd with nary a lick of rust on it. It also belonged to his dad or grandpa. All original! $6k is about what that condition go for around here. (based on the pics in the OP)
I'd try and haggle some, but would buy a one owner in that condish for that price.
