Not really...they'll get the surgery just to support their demands.
some people are addicted to cosmetic surgery and will totally disfigure themselves doing it, women want bigger boobs who have ample boobage, old age facelifts, men with pect surgery, etc....
Those alone opens the door of vain.
Then there are the medical necessity cosmetic surgeries, cleft palates, breast cancer, mouth cancer, dermatology, etc...
The fact is; there is a real medical issue, and then there is the people just getting off on it.
