All states (I think) require liability. None that I have ever lived in require comprehensive.
Which goes back to what I said in the first place. The insurance laws are there to protect the person you hit. There is nothing saying you have to protect yourself (which is why it isn't comparable to health insurance)

I see ... so Obamacare (reform) is like auto/home insurance ... you get a name-your-own-price gun based on what coverage you can afford ... except Congress ... they get to max out the name-your-own-price gun and give it back to you with crumbs left and you pay for it ... that's how I see the (R) Obamacare repeal ...
