I happened to glance at my ankles yesterday....both swollen up but no pain, bones hardly noticeable ....took shoes off and sure enough, mentioned it this AM, and was warned to drink nothing but water.....no alky....
and so looking on the .net about watt causes ankle swelling....and BUG BITES is one.....lovely, I seldom show any red welts like my wife does from the itchy bites, BUT I constantly itch in different spots.....showering off and washing clothes, and spraying/powdering, gassing seems to do no good.....
took a antihistomine tab to relieve the itching.....makes me wonder
