Fortunately I am still on COBRA coverage from my employer that I retired from. Pretty good plan. Starting June 1 I am on my own. Already have a similar plan with the same insurer but for the first six months all they cover is routine exams, xrays etc. Guess I am lucky it happened now rather than a month from now.
