I thought that, but then couldn't make sense of it. If this was indeed the plan... they'd wait until after the election to do this kind of stunt.
FBI investigations don't open and then close in just a few days. But if this does happen (closes in a couple of days with a no-indictment again)... it
really makes the FBI look bad.
