Even my dumbass at a young age realized the Army and Marines were often ground-pounders while the Navy often spent too much time out in the middle of an ocean. So, the AF was the way to go. It worked out too. The AF sent me to plenty of places. Some were shit-holes but then again plenty of trips were in places folks pay to visit.
