There's nothing complicated in there.

I like a chunky salsa:



Some chili beans, I usually use:



Plain diced tomatoes are fine, but always looking for flavor:



Or you could use this, a bit more spicy (or both for that matter)



I like some mushrooms, any brand will do but I like these:



If you use fresh, they should be sauteed first with some butter.

A little juice for consistency. Much of the canned ingredients does provide a lot of liquid, so you might not need much.



brown the ground beef and cook the onions down as far as you like. Drain the greese.

Dump all of the above in a pot and simmer.


Of course a good bit of this to pull it together as a chili:



Slowly some of this for heat if you like:



I'm going to make some soon, so I'll try to post pics of the finished product.
