I will be very surprised if some seniors, maybe even the CSAF, are not sacked. I'm waiting to hear the entire story to see if the situation is systemic, and maybe even beyond the AF. There could be more examples of people that are not flagged.
BTW, could this person have just gone to a gun show and made a purchase without paperwork?
