The Biden junta has built a wall around not only the Capitol, but the White House as well. They are afraid of patriotic American citizens, which is why they don't want this to take place. Meanwhile, the junta stopped the wall on our southern border, so that more of their military fighting age males can enter and overwhelm Americans.
