If I am correct and that is a fuel filter you should probably relocate it so neither it or the line it is attached to rub on either the control arm or sway bar as both parts move as the suspension moves.
Actually, whatever it does it should be moved so no holes get rubbed in it.
Inline fuel filters are generally located closer to the carburetor in the actual engine bay so they are easy to access for service, or along a frame rail so they can be mounted securely so they don't shake loose, rub or leak.
