Back in HS/Kollege daze I built a set of speakers too....early 60's used 4 8"? speakers and a horn tweeter per channel, bass reflex design......made my own console for the electronics too.....back in the daze before the McIntosh....Dynaco was the main brand name then....had some Heathkit stuff too.....various European brand turntables......Totally impossible to find a needle for the various cartridges today Shure, etc.....
