The best thing you can do is to go out and buy a stripped lower. You should be able to find one in the $ 120- 200 range for a good (Spikes , CMMG ) to Excellent (Noveske ). The lower is the only part that is registered with a serial number. You can get the rest of it part by part. It does not take much to assemble a rifle.
