Those people are long dead, and their relatives should count their blessings that they are in the good ole USA. I am in my 50's, and they have (or could have) everything handed to them on a silver platter. Education, housing, my tax money. Don't even start with me, because you are wrong on every level, concerning their current existence. They have already gotten more than they deserve. And no, I'm not trying to be racist, just a realist.
