I've learned, and am still learning, these things come in waves. I know at my age there have been plenty of times I was overwhelmed, but out of the hundreds or thousands of times, I can probably only recall a handful. That handful, is really the only ones I ever should have been concerned about since obviously the others had little impact.
Do that old trick where you make a list of the "A" problems, "B" problems, and "C" problems. Then tear of the C list and throw it away. Focus on A, get to B when you get to it.
