It hurt like hell but I persevered.
Used my new adjustable dumbbells, loaded them up to 85 lbs each and was able to crank out 6 reps of flat dumbbell press. First time doing dumbbell presses in over 7 years so not too bad, I guess.
Did some barbell bench too and just did a gazillion triples at 215 lbs. Trying to walk the line between not making it worse and not losing all my strength.
Just about to go do a squat session. Hoping to get over 500 lbs today. We'll see how the back likes that.
