Guy turns his dome light on, rolls down window, grabs his insurance and registration out of the glove box and gets.....this. He did the exact thing I would do. Would you be bewildered like this guy was if that happened to you? You good with getting tazed a few times, causing you to fall on the concrete with no control? Dude is lucky he survived that.
