Coffee drinkers:
* find a good decaff... and drink this at all times (except for your first cup of the day... make this first one caffeinated).
* Find a good artificial sweetener (if you use sugar). Splenda is one.
Sure there will be an adjustment period, but you will eventually adapt.
do these two things... and you've removed the bulk of the damaging effects from drinking a lot of coffee.
