Hmmm...so far three calls to DEERS, who are government workers. After nearly an hour on hold each time they've at least tried to help. Found out that TRICARE is run by Humana for the eastern U.S., which means contractors; they don't seem to give a **** about anything. TRICARE pharmacy service is run by another contractor, Express Scripts; they don't seem to give a **** either.
What a ****ing nightmare...
