It's not in the Constitution for Parents to be Good-Parents ... yet every person on the Forum who has children knows the common since values of investment in both their Children and their own future.
So now we can all stop playing stupid now that we know the value of investment, why to invest in our own Children? Because GOD KNOWS we'll never agree to Electing a person who country did a better job in investing in their Children.
