Realize that it will need to be updated before you run it and you may have to run it in safe mode, with networking support. I think I average about $400 a week going around fixing these hijacks alone, on top of my regular calls. The computer business has been booming for me all year. The hijack are getting very creative so just one tool may not be enough. You really have to study how some of the hijacks work in order to know how to get around them.
But hey, that's what us computer geeks are for.
P.S. A good antivirus is a must today. I prefer Kaspersky Antivirus (not the Internet security, just the antivirus). Also, stay off porn sites like Corvette Forum!
