Its sometimes how you land. I fell from 22' on very hard middle of December frozen ground in upstate NY and busted my arm, fractured shoulder, cracked 3 ribs and broke 2. I was a big well muscled person and the doctor told me that helped out a lot. I still lost close to 7 months work and only regained about 70% strength on my left side.

One of the big reasons I took early retirement at 55 instead of going out at full retirement money at 62. When injured like that many times you can feel changes in the weather big time!
