It will be a hung jury. There have to be a few people on that jury who will actually take their juror obligations seriously. Kirby took a fatal overdose of drugs......even if you think maybe that didn't kill him, it can't be argued that it isn't reasonable doubt, which is all that is necessary for Chauvin to be acquitted. Is it reasonably possible the guy OD'ed and died from that? He OD'ed and was in the hospital for 5 days just a couple months before, and a year before, he did the exact same thing....confronted by cops, he swallowed all the drugs so he wouldn't get caught with them.

That's got to give at least one or two of them reasonable doubt.
