That's what I've read as well. If that's the case, I don't have much of a problem with people protesting. Here's a tidbit from an article in the Boston Globe talking about Richard Spencer, head of the National Policy Institute:

This behavior is a little too close to Nazi Germany for my taste. Making our country a more equitable place for everyone is one thing, but there are some white supremacist nutjobs that the party can do without.
