You are aware is was not saying "Minorities" but "Minority". The small percentage of working Americans who did not have a defined HC program for retirement.
Medicare has become a full blown revenue sucking machine that has failed to reduce cost, prevented the free market from producing more Doctors as needed and prevented meaningfull HC reform due to the unholy partnership of Government, HC providers and Big Business.
