Here and on Xmas Eve making 16" Deep Dish Chicago Pizza ie. Faux Gino's East, Italian Beef (Chi Town style), Chicago Dogs etc. No OldStlye beer though.
Christmas Day thinking Pork Tenderloin feast w 1 cooked w stuffed Mushroom, one Balsamic Vinegar based, one mustard rubbed and still deciding on last one and how to cook. Side will be Hasselback Potatoes and Sauerkraut (not for Pizza Raazor).... sides tbd.
