Blue Thunder Corvette Club is having a Poker Fun Run, in the “Run & Shoot” format like we did last year.
Purpose:
Have fun! Socialize with car guys and gals. Make new friends. Raise a little money for charity. Have lunch at Hooters.
How does it work:
The first stop will be at a gun range in Mansfield, TX. There we will shoot at a blank target with 52 playing cards pictured on the back. 3 shots will determine the first 3 cards of your poker hand. (hand guns only, if you want to play but don’t want to shoot we will have someone to blast 3 holes in your target.)
Your 4th and 5th cards will be drawn at 2 Hooters Restaurants. At the last stop the best 3 poker hands win a share of the pot, a share of the pot will go to Blue Thunder Corvette Club’s charity fund.
Who can come:
Corvette lovers! If your friends or family want to bring a Mustang, Camaro, Porsche or whatever…….OK they are welcome too!

1st United Methodist Church, 601 Pleasant Ridge Dr, Mansfield
Directions….
From I-20 take US 287 south,
take the Walnut Creek Exit,
turn right on Walnut Creek Dr,
at the 2nd stop light turn right on Pleasant Ridge Rd,
take the first driveway on your right,
we will meet in the parking lot.
Starting Time:
10:00 am Saturday September 26—Sign up. Caravan to gun range at 10:30 sharp.
What to Bring:
1) Ear protection, everyone shooting or not shooting will need ear protection.
2) $15 entry fee

This will depend on the turnout. 3:00 at the latest. Last stop is in southwest Fort Worth
